What we are looking for: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner On a typical shift you will handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left.
