You should have: • Basic reading to match addresses correctly • Clean driving record Day-to-day duties: • Keep the cold bag at temperature for food orders • Load and strap the parcels securely in the delivery box • Handle fragile and perishable items with care in transit • Call customers for directions or to retry a missed delivery • Collect cash-on-delivery payments and issue the receipt • Take the customer's OTP or signature at handover Rotating shifts.
