We are recruiting: we are hiring a steward in Loudon County, Tennessee. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure On a typical shift you will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
