Immediate opening: we are hiring a prep cook in Rice County, Kansas. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. The role involves knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in.
