Deboner wanted in Kurfi

Vacancy available: we are hiring a deboner in Kurfi, Katsina State. The job is at a wholesale meat market. You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Your main tasks: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Season and marinate meat on request • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
