Motor grader operator — Winnebago County

Join our team: we are hiring a motor grader operator in Winnebago County, Illinois. On a typical shift you will stockpile and spread material to the required levels; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension. You should have: • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
