You should have: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage On a typical shift you will report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low; apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard.
