UPVC welding machine operator • Jo Daviess County, Illinois

We are recruiting: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Jo Daviess County, Illinois. You will work on site fitting windows in new-build flats. On the job you will handle: • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it What we are looking for: • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
