Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE On the job you will handle: • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting 5+ years on the tools preferred.
