Vacancy available: port container crane operator (Osun State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a port container crane operator in Isokan, Osun State. Day-to-day duties: • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control Requirements: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Understanding of hand and radio signals • A good head for heights for tower crane work Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. ₦200,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
