We are recruiting: we are hiring a packing machine operator in Franklin County, Virginia. The job is at a warehouse dispatch bay. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of basic food hygiene for food packing • Basic numeracy for counting and recording quantities • Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights Day-to-day duties: • Stack and arrange goods onto pallets for dispatch • Operate the filling and sealing machine on the line • Weigh and portion products before bagging • Inspect packs for leaks, dents or damaged seals Full-time, day shift.
