Scaffolder — Trinity County

Join our team: we are hiring a scaffolder in Trinity County, Texas. You will work on a bridge maintenance job. Day-to-day duties: • Fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class • Dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely • Set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner Requirements: • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms Part-time with flexible hours.
