Great opportunity: we are hiring a fry cook in Prairie County, Montana. On a typical shift you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
