Van driver — Newcastle upon Tyne

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a van driver in Newcastle upon Tyne, England. You will be based at a busy staff shuttle depot. Requirements: • Valid commercial/PSV driving licence (LMV/HMV as required) • Willing to work early-morning and late-night shifts • Good knowledge of local routes and traffic conditions Day to day you will refuel the vehicle and keep the fuel receipts; check engine oil, coolant and washer fluid levels before each shift; maintain an accurate headcount against the passenger manifest; drive defensively through heavy traffic and bad weather; monitor tyre pressure and top it up when needed; help elderly and disabled passengers board and alight safely. 1+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
