Great opportunity: we are hiring a banksman in Jackson County, Oklahoma. The role involves: • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads You should have: • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
