Panel painter — Nicollet County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a panel painter in Nicollet County, Minnesota. Requirements: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand Day to day you will sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
