Commis chef — Perkins County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a commis chef in Perkins County, South Dakota. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate The role involves chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare the mise en place before each service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
