Bricklayer wanted in Floyd County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bricklayer in Floyd County, Indiana. You will be based at a renovation and extension job. The role involves: • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters You should have: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one Six days a week, one day off.
