Day-to-day duties: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Score the top of loaves before baking • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Six days a week, one day off.
