Cnc setter-operator — Buffalo County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Buffalo County, Wisconsin. The job is on the CNC turning shop floor. On the job you will handle: • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand Ideal candidate: • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
