Flatlock machine operator — Morton County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Morton County, North Dakota. What we are looking for: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens Your main tasks: • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching 5+ years on the tools preferred. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
