Prep cook — Pickens County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a prep cook in Pickens County, Georgia. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate On the job you will handle: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha 6+ years on the tools preferred.
