Split AC fitter — Polk County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a split AC fitter in Polk County, Georgia. The job is at a refrigeration and cooling firm. What we are looking for: • Presentable and polite with customers on site • Own set of hand tools, gauges and flaring kit preferred Your main tasks: • Evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum • Wire the indoor-to-outdoor interconnecting cable and connect the isolator • Commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow • Charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges • Mount indoor and outdoor split units on wall brackets and level them • Cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
