Urgent requirement: we are hiring a commis chef in Baraga County, Michigan. You will work at a cloud kitchen. The role involves: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Pay around $150 per day, based on your experience.
