Concrete shuttering carpenter wanted in Madison County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a concrete shuttering carpenter in Madison County, North Carolina. The job is on a metro and tunnel project. On a typical shift you will seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse. Ideal candidate: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
