Join our team: control panel electrician (Virginia)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a control panel electrician in Buchanan County, Virginia. You will be based on a building construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Test insulation resistance with a megger • Isolate circuits and apply lockout-tagout before working • Install and connect MCBs, RCBOs and isolators in the DB • Check earth continuity and earth pit resistance • Run conduit, lay PVC trunking and clip cable What we are looking for: • ITI in electrical trade or wireman certificate • Safe handling of live LV circuits and proper PPE use • Valid wireman/electrical licence as required by the state Full-time with occasional weekends.
