Coating plant operator — Bay County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Bay County, Florida. Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens The role involves stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
