Now hiring: gypsum plasterer (Ohio)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gypsum plasterer in Richland County, Ohio. You will work on a commercial fit-out project. On the job you will handle: • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration What we are looking for: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
