Electrostatic spray painter — Madison Parish

Great opportunity: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Madison Parish, Louisiana. The job is in a busy paint shop. Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting On the job you will handle: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
