Abattoir worker wanted in Tai

Join our team: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Tai, Rivers State. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. On the job you will handle: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Season and marinate meat on request • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders Requirements: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Full-time with occasional weekends. ₦120,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
