You should have: • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules The role involves: • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
