Stainless steel welder — Jackson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Jackson County, West Virginia. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work Your main tasks: • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks 5+ years on the tools preferred.
