We are recruiting: backhoe operator (Wisconsin)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Racine County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a road and highway construction project. The role involves strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up; track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble; swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger. Ideal candidate: • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites Six days a week, one day off.
