Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scullery hand in Gallatin County, Kentucky. You will work at a fast-food outlet. The role involves sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
