Kitchen porter — Mecklenburg County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Mecklenburg County, Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
