Kitchen cook — Otoe County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Otoe County, Nebraska. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Your main tasks: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Full-time, day shift.
