Powder spray gun operator — Appling County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Appling County, Georgia. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Day to day you will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks.
