Immediate opening: we are hiring a materials handling operator in Austin County, Texas. You will be based at a container loading yard. Requirements: • Accurate, careful stock handling • Good awareness of load stability and health and safety On the job you will handle: • Carry out pre-shift checks on the forks, tyres, mast and hydraulics • Log damaged pallets, leaks and faults in the defect book • Keep gangways clear and observe the site speed limit • Position the forks square and tilt the mast to secure the load Overtime paid at a premium rate.
