Chef de partie — Hancock County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a chef de partie in Hancock County, Tennessee. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $15 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
