Vertical milling machine operator wanted in Frederick County

Now hiring: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Frederick County, Maryland. You will be based in a toolroom. Day-to-day duties: • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production Ideal candidate: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
