Steam press operator wanted in Knott County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a steam press operator in Knott County, Kentucky. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases On a typical shift you will sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
