Visual inspection operator — Birnin Kudu

Immediate opening: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in Birnin Kudu, Jigawa State. You will work on a garment production line. Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems Day to day you will record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
