Meat cutter — Lowndes County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat cutter in Lowndes County, Mississippi. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. You should have: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry You will portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; season and marinate meat on request. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
