Now hiring: we are hiring a punch press operator in Throckmorton County, Texas. You will be based at a busy press shop. Ideal candidate: • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards The role involves check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. We offer $2,900 per month plus benefits. Part-time with flexible hours. Contact us to fix an interview.
