You will calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges.
