Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure On the job you will handle: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature Part-time with flexible hours.
