Final inspection operator — Bedford County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a final inspection operator in Bedford County, Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating and night shifts • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
