Prep cook — Van Buren County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Van Buren County, Michigan. The role involves: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Full-time with occasional weekends.
