Ideal candidate: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing Your main tasks: • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
