Now hiring: we are hiring a steward in Hemphill County, Texas. You will be based in a catering unit. You should have: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure You will wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard.
